About Us

Parent Partnership is an essential part of Cygnets ethos. We actively encourage feedback from parents and use a variety of methods to communicate effectively e.g. informal chats, children's individual learning journeys, newsletters, open mornings, questionnaires and parents evenings. Our open door policy and key person system facilitates two-way communication. Here are some quotes taken from our recent parent questionnaire:

"The things I like about the service I receive are the warm and friendly staff who are approachable"

"As a parent who found it emotional leaving my children on his first day, I left feeling confident that when I returned, my child would have enjoyed every bit of his morning. He did so much he didn't want to leave!"

"Cygnets has proved to be a wonderful setting for my child. I feel totally happy at leaving her there knowing she is doing stimulating activities in a friendly/warm environment. She loves it too!"
